關心八仙樂園粉塵氣爆傷者，遠東百貨全台十家店同步推出「集氣留言板」，邀請各界一起寫下鼓勵話語為傷患加油打氣，並發動員工及專櫃愛心樂捐，透過愛心與熱情為傷者及家庭付出心力，協助走過難關與傷痛。

八仙塵爆災情嚴重，傷者日後照顧與復健之路艱辛漫長，遠東百貨展現企業責任，發動全體員工與專櫃廠商樂捐贊助，消費者可就近在臺南大遠百一樓服務台及客服中心捐款，所有愛心捐款將依捐款個人名義統一捐助新北市政府社會局開設的捐款專戶，作業完成後每位捐款人可收到新北市府開立的捐款收據。

臺南大遠百也在大門口設置「為八仙粉塵氣爆傷者集氣加油！加油！」留言板，讓民眾將鼓勵傷者的話語「書」發出來，台南大遠百店長毛郅國經理率員工寫下「我們一起加油!」，期望集氣祝禱傷者早日康復，陪他們度過最難熬的時間。
